- Make sure you pick up your Conference Evening invitation in time at the Registration Desk at the event venue in Bordeaux.
- Kindly ensure that you attach the Conference Evening Ribbon to your badge and keep it visible!
- Only the EAGE Conference Evening Ribbon in combination with a valid badge will give you admission to the cruise.
- Badge and ribbon checks will be conducted at the entrances and throughout the boat.
- A valid health pass is required to board the boat.
- Masks are mandatory during boarding and walking on both decks (indoors).
