Hybrid Event Format
The event will be held in a hybrid format, meaning that it will combine an in-person event with online components.
Participants will be able to choose to join either in-person or virtually, while speakers will be able to present their work in-person at the venue or submit a pre-recorded presentation, which will be streamed during the session.
Attending in-person
Benefit from the high level of interaction during the live sessions, numerous networking opportunities at the exhibition hall and explore all Bordeaux has to offer outside the conference hours and during our social programme.
We will take additional measures for hygiene and social distancing to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for all.

Attending online
Participants unable to travel for the event in person will be able to attend the event virtually where they can watch engaging new content, grow their network and make new professional contacts via our virtual platform.
Remote participants will be able to view live streaming sessions, submit written questions in the discussion portal, attend virtual social events, all while benefiting from online interaction tools such as networking rooms and easy private socialising.

Given that the event will have both on-site and online delegates, there will be different types of registration fees. More information on the different registration rates can be found below.
We continue to carefully monitor the local situation and if in the best interest of the event and the health & safety of our participants, we reserve the right to make changes to the event, such as to change the event format to fully online. If that happens, we will inform you as soon as possible.
