Hybrid Fees (For on-site participants)

All fees are in Euros (€). One Euro of your total registration fee is donated to the EAGE Green Fund.

Please note: The deadlines are following the Local Time in the Netherlands.

Members please note: To qualify for the member registration fee, your EAGE membership dues for 2021 must have been paid and confirmed. The processing time for membership applications or renewals is 10 working days.

1. To qualify for the reduced student registration fee: 
   • Students must be enrolled in a full time study programme at a recognised university or institute
   • The registration must be accompanied by a copy of a student ID card and/or official proof of enrolment.
2. Please note: Student non-members cannot be older than 34 years of age (when registering).
3. The non-member fee includes EAGE membership for 2021. 
4. Please note that the EAGE reserves the right to cancel the workshops and/or field trips due to low participation. In this case, payment will be refunded in full. 
5. You are responsible for keeping your badge safe and having it with you during the conference at all times; a new badge is subject to a € 50 charge.

** Registration periods for Field Trips will depend on ticket availability and may close earlier.

*** A Conference Evening ticket is included in the Full Conference & Exhibition (Mon-Wed) registration only.

Registration will not be accepted unless accompanied by full payment. After receipt of registration and payment, delegates will receive a registration confirmation e-mail, which should be exchanged on-site for a badge if a valid/unique e-mail address is supplied. No entrance is granted to unregistered, or unpaid guests.
