GETTING THERE
The venue is the Bordeaux Congress Centre, which is located at Avenue Jean Gabriel Domergue, 33300 Bordeaux, France.
Here you can find the exact location on Google Maps. Once opened, please insert your own location and you will be given the best route to the venue. Make sure you choose your preferred method of transportation (by car, by public transport, etc.).
Your Health Pass will be checked daily before entering the venue. Please note that this may cause some delays for you to reach the registration desk or sessions, take this into account when planning your arrival time at the venue.

BADGE PICK-UP*
You must bring your confirmation letter to the registration desk at the venue. Your badge will be printed by scanning the barcode on this letter.
REMINDER:
Your badge is your official entrance document during the Conference & Exhibition. Please do not misplace it. A replacement badge will incur a cost of €50.
* if payment has not been made, the automatic badge pickup will not function and you will be forwarded to the onsite help desk.
LUNCH OPPORTUNITIES
Lunch is not included in your registration fee. Make sure you pre-order by 22 August via the online pre-order form sent to you!
