Confirm the Name of the Presenter
In order to be able to present in any session (in-person or online), all speakers in the technical programme must be registered for the conference.
Please submit the online response form by 15 July 2021, in order to:
- Confirm the name of the presenter;
- Inform us of a replacement presenter;
- Notify us if you have to withdraw your presentation.
You are also requested to indicate the presentation format and if you will:
- Present in person or
- Pre-record your presentation
Confirm presenter name or withdrawal of the presentation
1. Confirm the name of the presenter
When the name of the presenter is confirmed, they will be listed as a 'Confirmed speaker'. In the registration process this is checked to calculate the correct registration fee for presenters.
As soon as the form has been processed, you will receive an automated notification. and the system will then recognize you as 'Confirmed Speaker'.
2. Inform us of the replacement presenter
If a co-author or another person will give the presentation, the submission needs to be moved to their account. To do so, we need their name and email address. Please keep in mind that the email address that you indicate in the form and the login email used by the co-author to access the EAGE website need to be the same.
If the replacement presenter does not have an account yet, they need to create one on the EAGE website (click on 'My EAGE' in the top right corner and create the account).
3. Notify us if you have to withdraw your presentation
Include the paper number of the presentation you have to withdraw. Kindly keep the withdrawal deadline in mind if you have to withdraw your presentation (by 15 July).
Presentation format
The conference will be organised as a hybrid event. Your presentation can be either:
- Live / In person - only possible if you attend the conference in Bordeaux
- Pre-recorded - if you attend the conference online
