The event will take pace in Central European Time (CET).
Please log in to the online conference portal by using the login details we have emailed to you.
Make sure to log in on time, to find your way around the platform and to make sure you can attend sessions in time. Once you are logged in, you will enter the Virtual Lobby. Please note that only sessions that are currently taking place can be attended, it is not possible to enter a session before it officially starts.
To attend a session, please select the day in the Virtual Lobby (underneath the welcome video) and select the session.
Attending a session as a:
• Delegate: your microphone will be muted & camera switched off. Please participate by submitting questions on the right hand side
• Presenter: you will appear on the main stage and your microphone & camera will be switched on. The chair of the session will welcome everyone and introduce the presenters. Please mute your microphone when it's not you turn yet.
The session will consist of:
• Video: Summaries the session starts with a video of all pre-recorded summaries
• Live Session: live Q&A guided by the Chair of the session
• Please note that there are no live presentations in the session
When presenting we ask you to:
• Use a headset for the best user experience for you and the other delegates.
• Enter the session by clicking on the blue button "Join now"
• Please keep in mind that there is a delay of about 20 seconds between what you are presenting until it will reach the delegates attending the live session.
• Please keep in mind that switching to the "Live Preview" will show you what delegates see but here is the delay of 20 seconds applicable
• We advise to always stay in the "Control Room"

Are you located in the People's Republic of China? Then an additional VPN connection is needed to have access to our online event platform.
If you do not have access to a VPN connection or if the one you use does not give you access to the event platform, best is to use another VPN connection.

Please keep in mind that if you need to use a personal VPN connection, you will need to arrange that yourself.
► I am using a VPN but am not located in the PRC and I cannot access the live sessions. What can I do?
If you are using VPN and are not located in the PRC, then it is advised to switch this off.
► I logged in from my office but can’t access the platform. What can I do?
If you log in from your office, your company may have a network with a high security gateway. We recommend you log in from your home network to avoid any such issues on the platform.

How you say itFor some people speaking comes naturally, for others it's very helpful to practice the presentation before recording it.
Speak clearly and try not to speak too fast or too slow. It is not a problem if you make a mistake or forget a word, just rephrase what you wanted to say and continue with your presentation.
