EAGE’s vision for online exhibitions!

It is now possible to give technical presentations on your booth and invite delegates to participate with video and audio or via the chat. Optimize the effect of your participation by making your own presentation schedule and share it via social media, your network and if you're lucky you can still benefit from EAGE’s banners (limited availability)

This is all possible with EAGE’s solution to online exhibitions. As an exhibitor you will receive a dedicated page with a live stream, the main contact person can invite anyone to present allowing you to access knowledge from your teams wherever they are logging in from. Our system allows you to interact with video and audio with 17 individuals at once, as an exhibitor you have full control over who participates in the live sessions and who participates via the chat.

In addition to that you will have the opportunity to upload brochures etc. in the company profile section. You can virtually participate with this all starting at €1.250. 

We offer 3 types of virtual booths, University Booths (€ 450,00), the Silver- and the Gold virtual booth (benefits of both can be found under sponsorship opportunities). By getting a “Gold Virtual Booth” (investment €2,500) your company will be shown in the top section of the “floorplan”, you also get the chance to have a BizTalk presentation with more commercial elements showcasing your company’s services at the dedicated BizTalk sessions which will be held parallel to the Technical Sessions.

EAGE’s virtual exhibition will be opened in the times below. We expect all exhibitors to have someone present in the booths during these times.
