Moderating the Q&A

The Q&A will start after the video with the pre-recorded summaries. As a session chair you will play an important role moderating the Q&A.

The session is scheduled for 55 minutes in total. The EAGE host of the session will inform you when the end time of the session is approaching, by sending an email to you in the portal (top right corner).

We request that you:

  • Welcome the presenters and audience to the session;
  • Prepare some questions in advance for the presenters in your session, preferably 2 or 3 questions but at least 1.
  • Presenters are requested to respond to questions in short and to the point responses, to leave enough time for other questions and presenters.
  • Ensure that the available Q&A time is divided equally among the presenters.
