The Space Only option offers you a chance to create and build your own unique stand.

Please note when booking this service, no booth package, electricity or cleaning is included. All services can be booked separately; this information is provided in the online exhibition manual.

The following fees apply for Space Only:

Rates are in euros (€) per m² and exclude VAT. Space Only stands are available from 18 m².

To sign up for a Space Only booth please complete the exhibition contract and return it to exhibition@eage.org.

If you do not wish to build your own stand, the Booth Package is an excellent choice! EAGE will then take care of the basic needs, such as wall panels, electricity and carpeting. Booth Packages are available from 9 m².

The following fees apply to the Booth Package:

The booth package includes:

• White-wall panels;
• Socket outlet, including normal electricity consumption;
• One spotlight per 3 m²;
• A fascia with a name board on all the open sides of the booth;
• Carpet (choice of colours);
• Booth cleaning.

Please note that furniture is not included in the Booth Package and can be ordered separately. All information will be provided in the online exhibition manual.

EAGE gives universities the opportunity to promote their latest research and developments in a dedicated university area. As support EAGE offers universities a booth for a special fee. A university booth is available from 2m² and includes a Booth Package and one Exhibition Only registration.

The following fees apply to university booths:

To sign up for a University Area booth please complete the University Area contract and return it to exhibition@eage.org. Please note that contracts will be handled on a first come, first served basis due to limited availability.

Since its inception EAGE has supported new initiatives and innovative ideas. Start-ups are blossoming across our industry and we know they struggle with limited budgets and small audiences. Our industry needs innovation, so EAGE has decided to offer start-ups a special discounted fee and dedicated programme to have a presence at our Annual Conference and Exhibition, Europe’s largest multidisciplinary geoscience and engineering event.
