To make attending the 82nd EAGE Annual Conference & Exhibition 2021 in Amsterdam as easy as possible, we compiled an overview of things you need to know before and during your travel.

Here is a short checklist of what you need to bring with you to gain entry to the EAGE Annual 2021 venues (event and conference evening venue).
▣ A Digital Covid Certificate (DCC) orPlease note: you only need to provide one of the above.
◼ A valid ID
You can find more details about the entrance to these venues on the RAI Amsterdam website.
You can gain entry to any hospitality venues only with a valid DCC. Which means if you are visiting The Netherlands from outside the EU, you must still be tested, even if you are vaccinated, to access restaurants or other similar venues.

There is a test facility on-site at the venue. To make an appointment there, you need to type in the address “Europaplein, Amsterdam” and then select a time slot in the “Amsterdam - RAI” section. If there is no availability on the times lot requested, the website will suggest other nearby testing facilities.

Thursday - Friday | 07:00 - 23:00
Saturday | 07:00 - 23:00
Sunday | 08:00 - 20:00
