All payments must be made in Euros (€)

- By credit card authorization on the pdf registration form

Please indicate your name and/or invoice number clearly on bank transfers. Due to postal or bank delays, registration by post and/or bank transfer will not be accepted after 4 October 2021.

Cancellation Policy
EAGE recognises that for travellers from countries not connected to the EU DCC (Digital Covid Certificate) the entry requirements to and from The Netherlands can be subject to change. For those delegates we now offer an extended cancellation policy, this means that in addition to the existing terms and conditions for registration the following refund options are applicable:
Delegates that have registered and paid can cancel their registration with a full or partial refund (see below) if either of the following applies:
The entry rules related to the COVID-19 pandemic, for The Netherlands are such that the Participant is not allowed to enter The Netherlands OR the Participant is required to (self) quarantine in The Netherlands upon arrival;
The (re-)entry rules related to the COVID-19 pandemic, for the Participant’s country of residence are such that the Participant is not allowed to return to its country of residence or required to (self) quarantine upon arrival**.
If any of the above is the case, the Participant may cancel in writing. If the cancellation is received:
Latest on October 8th (23:59 CET), participant will receive a full refund*;
Latest on October 14th (23:59 CET), participant will receive a refund in the amount of 50% of the amount paid*.
*standard rules on administration fees and EAGE membership amounts apply

Changes Policy
- Transfer of your registration to another name will cost a € 35 administration fee , plus any differences in delegate types, where applicable (for instance when changing a registration from a member to a non-member).
Official Invitation
Please note that every registered delegate is responsible for requesting an official invitation letter on time (if needed). You can request the official invitation letter while completing the registration form above.
EAGE Green Fund
In 2010, the EAGE Board decided to launch the EAGE Green Fund. From all registration fees for EAGE events one euro (€ 1) will be donated to the EAGE Green Fund with no increase in cost for our members. This will be supplemented with a contribution by EAGE and voluntary donations from event delegates. The money raised in this way will be utilized to initiate and support geoscience and engineering environmental initiatives.
Liability Clause
EAGE cannot be held liable for non attendance due to visa issues or any other travel or legal obstructions. If an event or part of an event is cancelled, EAGE shall not be responsible for airfare, hotel or other costs incurred by the registrants. Speakers and programme agenda are subject to change. EAGE shall not be liable for damages, expenses, personal injury or loss except when caused by gross fault or negligence on the side of EAGE. EAGE's liability is expressly limited to the amount paid for this event by the participant to EAGE.
EAGE Registration Terms and Conditions

EAGE reserves the right at all times to make changes in the time schedule, dates, format (hybrid-in person – online), concept of the event.
If, due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of EAGE the execution of the Event as planned is prevented or impeded, or when the minimum number of Participants needed to operate the Event (or part of the event) is not reached, EAGE has the following rights:
a.) to change the time and /or date of the Event;
b.) to change the venue where the Event takes place;
c.) to change the Format (on-site, on-line or a combination of both) or part of the format, the length, the duration or scope of the event
