Upload your video - important update
The (extended) deadline to upload your video has passed.
| If you have not yet uploaded your presentation video, you will receive an email a week prior to the conference with a magic link to upload your video. |
The email will be sent by our AV partner, on behalf of EAGE.

Please note that it is no longer possible to upload your summary video.
Presentation template
Please use the mandatory presentation template to prepare the pre-recorded videos. If you have questions about the use of the template, please contact EAGE at abstracts@eage.org.
Please keep in mind that it is not allowed to include your company logo or name on all slides of the template. It is allowed to include the company logo or name on the first and the last slide of the presentation.
Presentation videos (presentation format 'Pre-recorded', both oral and poster)
If you attend the conference online as a presenter of an presentation, you need to pre-record your video. Details of the video are:
- Maximum 15 minutes presentation time, this leaves 5 minutes for Q&A;
- Save the presentation:
- Use the name: "Presentation_XXXX_FirstName_LastName";
- XXXX is the paper number (see acceptance email);
- Save the file in video format (e.g. mp4, m4v, mkv, etc.).
For example, the presentation for paper number 1 will be "Presentation_1_EAGE_Abstracts".
