Family Members' Programme

We welcome the family members of our delegates to join us in Madrid!

All registered family members have access to the social programme, which includes the Icebreaker reception and the Conference Evening. In addition, registered family members can join the exhibition and the family members’ tour. More information on the tour can be found below.

Family Members' Tour

Tuesday 7 June 2022 | 9:30 – 14:30 | Paella cooking workshop and lunch

Participants will gather in groups of 2-3 and will learn how to cook a paella with local ingredients. The Master Paellera will teach all the secrets of the recipe. At the end, the judges will assess the best paella.

Dessert and salads will be prepared by the kitchen assistants.

After the workshop all participants will sit together and enjoy lunch.

Participants will receive a "Paellero Specialist" diploma.

The tour will start at 09:30 (pick up from IFEMA South Entrance) and end at 14:30 (drop off at IFEMA South Entrance).
