Registration required

Kindly note that a conference registration is required to be a presenter in the technical programme. In addition, you must have uploaded your presentation.

If you have not yet registered, please do so as soon as possible here.

Presentation - Upload in Advance

Create your presentation in advance using the correct template. To download the template(s), please go to this page. Create your presentation in the required format:

• Power Point template (ppt) for oral presentations;
• PDF for poster presentations.

In addition, pre-record your presentation and save the video in video format (mp4).

Both the presentation document and the pre-recorded video can be uploaded to the system of the AV-partner of the conference. You will receive an email from EAGE 2022 <info@slidecrew.com> with a link to the location where you can upload the files.

We strongly recommend the creation of a presentation video. It will be used if you unexpectedly are not able to attend the conference in person (for details, see "Your Online Presentation").
Please keep in mind that if you have not uploaded a pre-recorded video presentation and cannot attend the session, you risk being disqualified as a speaker at EAGE events for 3 years. See also the Presentation Cancellation Policy.

It is important to adhere to the time schedule: 20 minutes in total per presentation (15 minutes speaking time and 5 minutes question time), as mentioned in the Presentation Guidelines.

Speaker Service Center

If you need to revise your presentation, you can upload the revision in the Speaker Service Center, located on the first floor. Please note that this area is used for uploading of (revised) presentations only, not to actively modify your presentation there.

To upload the revision, please bring it with you on USB.
