Confirm presenter name
Confirm yourself or a co-author as presenter by 31 August 2022. Visit this page for detailed information.
Register for the conference
Speakers must be registered for the conference. Confirm the presenter's name, select the registration type and register today!
VISA
Start applying for your visa as soon as possible - if apllicable. Check the registration page for information on how to request an official invitation.
Let us know how you plan to attend
Indicate if you will present in-person or online. Read the relevant information.
Prepare your presentation
If you are attending the event in-person, check the presentation information on how to prepare for your oral or poster presentation.

Proceedings on EarthDoc
We aim to upload the proceedings of the conference to EarthDoc at least two weeks prior to the event.
Only accepted and presented papers will be available on EarthDoc after the conference.
Cancellation / Withdrawal Policy
The deadline to withdraw your presentation without consequences is 31 August 2022, 23:59 CEST.
If you have to withdraw your presentation, please inform us as soon as possible. To do so, you need to submit the online response form (login required). Please keep in mind that this can only be done by the presenter / submitter of the abstract.
If you withdraw your presentation, the related extended abstract will not be uploaded to EarthDoc or, when if already uploaded, it will be removed from the database.

No-show
Cancellations / withdrawals of presentations after 31 August 2022 are considered as a no-show and you risk being banned as a speaker from presenting at EAGE events for the next 3 years.
If you have to withdraw after the deadline, please submit the online response form and add a remark on the reason you have to withdraw. These remarks will be considered when the decision is made about the no-show status.
N.B.
EAGE reserves the right at all times to make changes in the time schedule, dates, format (in person – online), concept of the event.
If, due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of EAGE, the execution of the Event as planned is prevented or impeded, or when the minimum number of Participants needed to operate the Event (or part of the event) is not reached, EAGE has the following rights:
a.) to change the time and /or date of the Event;
b.) to change the venue where the Event takes place;
c.) to change the format (in person, online or a combination of both) or part of the format, the length, the duration or scope of the event.
