With the Energy Transition, Geoscience and Engineering students and recent graduates, particularly in Western Europe, are understandably concerned about the long term viability of their careers as well as the appeal of working in an increasingly vilified Oil and Gas industry. This panel will examine the viability of long term employment and career options within and outside of the Energy domain for new and mid level geoscientists and engineers, while also addressing the variety of careers available, career longevity and how the industry can continue to attract the talent needed.
